If you prefer not to wait for the invitation email, you are welcome to proceed with setting up your account in the Career Direct system by taking the following steps:

  1. Click here to go to the Career Direct Sign Up page and fill in the required fields.
  2. After setting up your account, connect to Robbie Romeiser as your consultant by taking these steps:
    1. Go to www.careerdirect-ge.org
    2. Login to your account. “Login” is found at the top-right corner of the home page.
    3. After you login, you’ll see “My Dashboard” right above the scrolling pictures on the home page. Click that.
    4. Once in your dashboard, you’ll see a link on the right side of the page that says “Find a consultant.” Click that.
    5. Accept the Disclaimer and click “Begin My Search” at the bottom of the Disclaimer.
    6. In the Search box, type my name “Romeiser” to search for Robbie.
    7. When I come up, click “View Profile”
    8. Click “Be Mine”

After you click “Be Mine,” Robbie will receive an email notification that you have requested a connection. He will accept the connection and send you instructions on how to take your assessment online. Please allow a reasonable time for this response as this system is manual, not automated. After you complete the assessment, you two will set up a consultation time to review the results.
